About Me

Hi, I'm Jon. If it wasn't obvious, I enjoy math, science, and various other technical topics.

Even within this focused realm, I find some topics more interesting than others. My primary interest is in applied math, physics, robotics, and dynamic system control. The absolute utility of math and physics is both remarkable and beautiful while robots... well, robots are just complex, multi-discipline marvels.

My Goal

It's very common for students to dislike and become frustrated with math and science. They are generally regarded as some of the most demanding and complex subjects which, if improperly explained, can truly be the case. But it doesn't have to be that way. Imagine, for a moment, that the topic wasn't so daunting --concepts made sense, homework didn't take hours, and exams felt comprehensible. That's where I can help.

I work with each student individually, customizing the sessions to maximize learning and conceptual understanding. I'll recognize the difficulties because, at some point, I'm sure I've had the same questions. I'll explain topics in a way I wish my instructors had when I was learning the material -- hopefully saving you countless hours of time and frustration.

Location & Service Area
