"I hired Jon as a tutor for a required mathematics course in my graduate program through Northwestern University (predictive analytics). Though I was comfortable with statistics and probability, the coursework included linear algebra, calculus, and other topics I had little to no experience with. I was about 3 weeks into my course and knew I wouldn’t pass without help.
What impressed me most was that Jon could explain these concepts without requiring the use of my textbook. When he did refer to my text it was to clarify the method being used and to prepare me for future concepts I would be encountering.
